Admission to Reception for Entry September 2024

Avenue Primary Academy is a member of Cirrus Primary Trust who are their own admission authority. However, under the Pan London Agreement all admissions are coordinated by the Local Authority. Our published admission number (PAN) is 120. Where the number of applications exceeds the number of available places, our over-subscription criteria is applied; please refer to the admissions arrangements below for further information. 

Applications for Reception places for children who will be four years old by 1st September 2024 (born between 01.09.2019 and 31.08.2020) should be made online through the Sutton Council website; the closing date for applications is 15th January 2024.  Please click here for full details of the application process. In-Year Admissions

Applications for in-year admissions are also dealt with by the London Borough of Sutton Admissions Team. Full details of how to apply together with an application form can be found here. When a place becomes available, the waiting list is ranked and the place offered to the highest child on the list according to the admissions criteria. Appeals (Not Applicable for Nursery)

Should you be denied a place at Avenue Primary Academy and wish to consider an appeal, please download our information pack and appeals form below; National Offer Day is Tuesday 16th April 2024. All appeals for Avenue Primary Academy for Reception entry September 2024 must be received by Friday 17th May 2024.
