Welcome to Year 5

We teach through a variety of engaging themes that reflect the National Curriculum. These include: The Dark Ages, European Explorers, Lost in Space, Circle of Life, Tudors and Us as well as Material Madness! As part of our Lost in Space theme, the children perform a Spectacular Space Show to present their space learning as well as their drama, dance and music skills. 

As Year 5 is the beginning of Upper Key Stage 2, the children receive their own Acer Winbook to enhance their learning experiences, including access to the full functionalities of Microsoft Office.
