• Reading For Change Books

  During the last year, we applied to receive some books from the charity Books For Change. We are delighted to let you know that we were successful in our bid, and along with only 69 other schools across the country, have just received our books.

  Reading for Change is a charity that believes all children have the right to be represented in the books that their school uses, whilst also promoting the reading and sharing of books that represent a wide variety of cultures. 

  The bundle of over 40 books received include those suitable for EYFS, KS1, Lower KS2 and Upper KS2.

  We are really looking forward to sharing them with the children and contributing in a positive way to the Black Lives Matter campaign. 

   

   

   

• A big thank you to the PTA for recognising the importance of staff wellbeing and providing us all with some comforting hot honey and lemon to drink this week. It’s going down a treat!
